Rufus

Rufus

Rufus came to NHDR foster care program after being contacted by a rural pound. Unfortunately, Rufus had an old leg injury. Once he arrived with NHDR the foster realized he was in pain.  After his initial veterinarian appointment, it was determined he would need surgery on his hip (Femoral Head Osteotomy). Rufus had a successful surgery and is currently doing some rehabilitation sessions at the Veterinary Medical Centre at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon as well as exercises at home.

Update April 2018 Rufus has joined his forever home!
